Adjustability was founded in 2000 by Keith Honeyman and Brian Cosgrave to provide a bespoke loss adjusting service to the Professional Indemnity Insurance sector. Our team has extensive professional indemnity and liability experience across a broad range of professions, gained through more than 50 years working in the specialist area of professional indemnity loss adjusting in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

 

In addition to providing traditional loss adjusting services in relation to the liability attaching to the various construction professions, we are able to provide risk management advice to insured parties and their brokers and policy advice to underwriters and brokers in connection with existing and proposed professional indemnity insurance wordings or in relation to specific claims notifications. We have been involved in drafting many construction related professional indemnity policies for both UK and international clients.

 

Our construction background and the experience gained from dealing with more than 1000 professional indemnity insurance claims places us in an excellent position to provide advice to all parties who find themselves embroiled in building related disputes, from allegations of negligence in the production of a survey on a residential or commercial property to complex civil engineering projects that have not gone to plan. We have dealt with them all.
